Insulations of un-press elements are mad in 2mm-thickness stainless steel (2B or precise polish for available surface) only certified materials , professional design and manufacturing technique ensure top quality .

Racking device: the material is SUS 304; The installation, support is firm, steady running; Speed variable frequency control; Raker tilt angle is≤ 15°; Internal raker frame fixed in the tank shell, not  at the bottom; Stirring motors and gearboxes use SUS304 as coat. Motor and gearbox speed 19r/min, Chinese famous brands;

2B inside the equipment, pickling passivation treatment, welding seam is finely treated, no deformation.
