WEMAC self-developed beer concentrating system is designed and developed for the development of high-concentration specialty beer.

The system adopts a freeze concentration process, which no require growth of the mash wort concentration and chose alcohol-resistant yeast.

There is no chemical change in the production process.The concentration process is carried out in a closed system. There is no liquid-gas interface, and there is almost no loss of volatile aromatic components and other active ingredients. The freeze-concentration process is also an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly operation process.
