CIP is a device to ensure that the production system is hygienic and meets the process requirements., including the alkaline water tank, acid tank, sterile water tank, disinfection tank, hot liquid tank, washing pump etc. Small craft beer brewery equipment usually adopt CIP system,inculding alkaline water tank, disinfection water tank, sanitary washing pumps, piping and control systems etc.Large craft beer brewery equipment usually adopt acid tank, alkali tank, hot liquid tank, disinfection water tank, sterile water tank and corresponding sanitary washing pumps, pipes and control system etc.
