The large mash tuns are installed in a 2 floor building. A observation room is built near the mash equipment on the 2^nd floor of the working building. All these big mash equipment is made of top quality stainless steel with thicker tank steel. This ensures the tanks won’t be rusted in long term beer production process. The thicker tank wall can also bear bigger pressure without any safety risk. We have cooperated with most beer brands’ production plants in China market, such as Tsingtao beer, Harbin beer and so on. Now we are expanding international market and make different sizes of beer brewing systems for foreign customers. 

This is a complete large scale beer brewing equipment for a big craft beer manufacture factory. The beer mash system is designed for 5000L production ability with 5 vessels. Beer fermenters are designed for 50 tanks with 20 ton volume each. They are installed in two separated working areas in the factory. The large beer brewing equipment is equipped with a series attendant equipment. It includes water purification system, yeast propagation tanks, CIP system, water storage tanks, filtration devices. There is also a beer filling equipment and canning equipment that is in cycle operation. The whole equipment can finally make craft beer in cans. It can produce 200 ton craft beer per year. The turnkey project is conducted by WEMAC professional beer equipment team. It is in good working condition and the owner of the beer factory is very satisfied with the good job.
