Now will introduce the Fermenting & conditioning CCT-tanks,the KEG barrels washer+a valve for KEG barrels filling,

the Aeration plug,Glycol Chilling System,Plate cooler of cold water,

System for Production & Storing of Ice,Hot water tank for you.

Fermenting & conditioning CCT is a vertical vessel for fermentation and maturation of beer. 

Stainless steel cylindro -conical, vertical, double-walled, insulated pressure vessel with 60 degree cone bottom & dished head, 

with working pressure 3 bar (0,30MPa), with total volume you want, insulated by polyurethane. 

Cooling of fermenter is secured by 2 independent chilling zones – cylinder and conical bottom. 

Vessel bottom is equipped with two DN 32 outlets. 

Sprayball has DN 32 pipe inlet with DN 12 level gauge connected to the pipe - to secure easy sanitation. 

Oval manhole placed on top of the tank, sampling cock placed lower in the cylinder part. 

Working temperature is regulated by means of thermosensor. 

Inner vessel surface treatment grinded to Ra 0,6. External surface treatment - grinded insulating plates, grain 180.

About the KEG barrels washer+a valve for KEG barrels filling,

Stainless steel equipment, output power approx 5-10 barrels per hour.

About the Aeration plug,used for a saturation of the beer with O2.

Proportions and weight of the plug: DN32, length according to the the technical proposal.

Sizes of connecting pipeline: DN32 (wort), 1/4“ (air)

About the Glycol Chilling System,

This central chilling unit performs 2 basic chilling functions by means of glycol-water mixture:

 1. Chilling of water for Ice-Water Tank (CLT) which stores ice-water for wort-cooling

 2. Chilling of CCT-fermenters (chilling directly with glycol mixture is most efficient)

About the Chilling system parameters

• Chiller unit with condenser and compressor station

 • Insulated glycol-mixture

 • Solenoid valves to cellar tanks (CCT and BBT tanks)

 • Full fittings & material to solenoid valves

 • Primary glycol pump (chilling unit to glycol-reservoir and back)

About the Plate cooler of cold water,

the plate cooler is a part of the cooling unit and is used for water cooling in the tank with cold water.

About the System for Production & Storing of Ice-Water for Wort-Cooling

An isolated, vertical, pressure less tank made out of stainless steel

The ice-water tank - Insulated vertical non-pressure stainless steel vessel equipped with temperature indicator designed for storing ice-water 

needed for wort-cooling after whirlpooling. Insulation: 60mm polyurethane

About the hot water tank,

Insulated vertical non-pressure stainless steel vessel equipped with steam-heated piping,
