Small size beer brewing system,two vessels/three vessels/four vessels/five vessels are optional,the beer brewing batches can reach to 2/3/4/5 batches per day.Suitable to put it in mini beer brewing bar and restaurant.

Takes the 1000L system as a example,you can see the pictures as followed,two vessels brewhouse combination,mash/kettle tun+lauter/whirlpool tun.heated by gas steam boiler,double wall jacketed shell.

The L tube in the side through the top head,it is a CIP cleaning tube,when the mashing process is over,use the cip cart cleaning the inner vessels.inner top spray ball,Effectively clean the inner wall of the tank. For fast-paced brewing places such as craft brewing bars and restaurants, this design can ensure that each batch of beer production can maintain a unique taste and flavor. 

Side Square spent grain spot,top tun is lauter tun,bottom is whirlpool tun.

The top motor drives the built-in stirring rotation to ensure the even and stable mashing process.

Under normal circumstances, it is used in craft beer bars. According to the saccharification time of 7-8 hours per day, it can produce 1-2 batches per day, and the daily output can reach 1000-2000L.

The jacketed fermenter is insulated and cooling, and can be used as a storage tank to store beer in the bar. The beer in the fermenter will be done after 2 weeks of fermentation.

For a small craft beer bar, the investment is low and the area is small. Compared with other industries, the return of brewing capital is fast, and once the bar is put into use, it can make a profit in a short time.
